Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications that drive business innovation and automation.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.
- Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and improve machine learning and deep learning models.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preprocessing and model training.
- Integrate AI models with web, mobile, and enterprise applications through APIs.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
- Monitor model performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience working with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS
- Understanding of NLP, deep learning, model training, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RAG architecture and AI agent development.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment frameworks.
- Experience working with computer vision or speech AI solutions.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research work.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.
