Job Overview
    FLYONIT is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience in B2B outreach.
Key Responsibilities
      • Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and dother social media.
      • Generate leads via email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.
      • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
      • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria .
      • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
      • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance.
      • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
      • 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
      • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
      • Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales cycles
      • Good research and analytical abilities
Preferred Skills:
      • Experience in IT services or tech industry
      • Knowledge of email automation tools and outreach platforms
      • Understanding of international markets (US/UAE/Australia)
