Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and dother social media.
- Generate leads via email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria .
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales cycles
- Good research and analytical abilities
